Deem Operators October 2016 Release Notes
- Description: Address auto complete is now available and can prioritize address suggestions near a provider's base location. For example, a provider in Miami will have pick-up and drop-off address biased in Miami, but a provider in NYC will have addresses biased to NYC.
- Benefit: This enhancement improves address entry speed and accuracy based on the provider's location to efficiently find the correct addresses.

Dispatch Alerts Supports Child Seats
- Description: Dispatch alerts now support child seat icon alerts when a child seat related ride feature is included in the reservation.
- Benefit: This enhancement provides operators more seat options and brings awareness to child seat rides.
- Configuration Experience: This is a provider-specific configuration and will require Deem Professional Services assistance to setup.
- Description: The affiliate contact and confirmation detail is now displayed in Reservation Detail panels on Operator, Outbound Calls, Reservation Manager and Ride Review screens.
- Benefit: Providers now can easily find affiliate information alongside the reservation details.

Configure Individual Requirements Update
- Description: Now airport pick-up options and default settings to individual requirements can be configured on reservations. The options include areas where the rider would like to be picked up to the type of seats and car types.
- Benefit: Now providers can provide more personalized experiences to its riders by adding more individual requirements to reservations.
- Configuration Experience: This is a provider-specific configuration and will require Deem Professional Services assistance to setup.

Driver Assignments and Multiple roles
- Description: Driver vehicle assignment is now enabled for multiple roles; Admin, Dispatch and Dispatch Lead roles.
- Benefit: Providers now have more flexibility in assigning drivers under different roles.
- Configuration Experience: No configurations are needed.
- Description: Providers now have the ability to create "Events" to a group, manage rides and add dates.
- Benefit: This "Event" enhancement allows multiple reservations to be tied, tracked and billed under a single event.

Multi-passenger Management Update
- Description: Providers now have the ability to better manage multi-passenger rides by using the new “additional passengers” information to add names and contact numbers.
- Benefit: This enhancement allows providers more ways to reach out to additional passengers under the same reservation.

- Description: The pickup and drop off location detail now displays the full street address in the driver app and Reservation Detail.

Customize Reservation Manager Grid Enhancement
Description: Providers now can configure the Reservation Manager grid to display/hide any ride detail stored on the reservation. Some of these customization includes setting the detail displayed in the default grid view and the expanded, map hidden or grid view.
- Benefit: The custom Reservation Manager Grid provides operators with the ability to customize the details needs for their business.
