Operators Enhancements (July 15, 2016)

Hourly Ride Support Enhancement 

• Description: The "hourly as directed" is now available while entering new reservations. This field is a new destination field where operators are prompted to enter the number of hours. Confirmation emails, reservation details and summary views across the UI are now updated with the hourly ride feature. Bill for flexibility to give an operator to provide hourly rates instead of point to point service. No configuration required
• Benefit:  The "hourly as directed" field allows for more flexible billing for hourly rates besides point to point rates.
• Configuration Experience: No configurations are needed.

Price Quote Enhancement

• Description: Price quotes are now viewable on the confirmation screen when entering a new reservation. 
• Benefit: This new feature brings more awareness to pricing before an operator completes a reservation. 
• Configuration Experience: No configuration needed.

Driver App Ride History & Price Details Update

• Description: The driver app now shows completed rides in the "ride history" view. The history can be filter to adjust by date and will show details of the ride including pick-up, drop off, vehicle type and pricing. If billing has not closed out the ride, the history view will specify that it's a preliminary price. 
• Benefit:  Drivers have the ability to recall previous ride history and pricing.
• Configuration Experience: No configuration needed.
