Deem Expense Flat Rate Per Diems

• Description: The Deem Expense Flat rate Per Diem feature now allows you to configure a flat amount for allowance to guide a reimbursement policy for any specific expense type. This comes in addition to the GSA-based allowances released in October 2016.
• Benefit:  Employees of companies that have a fixed per diem allowance for their travelers will not need to enter that explicitly. The amount set by the admin will automatically be populated for items with the expense type that have per diem flat rate enabled. For example, if an organization pays $75 per day for Meals and Incidentals to its traveling employees, when the employee chooses the "M&IE" expense type, it will have $75.

Mobile Enhancements for Expense (November 29, 2016)

Deem Expense Flat Rate Per Diem Now Supported on Mobile

• Description: The Deem Expense Flat rate Per Diem feature now allows you to configure a flat amount for allowance to guide a reimbursement policy for any specific expense type on mobile.

Expense 14.3.0 Enhancements (November 30, 2016)

Deem Expense Now Supports Multi-Currency Denominated Corporate Cards

• Description:  This enhancement updates corporate card capabilities to handle multiple currencies within the same program.
• Benefits: Now companies with corporate card programs that have cards billed in two different currencies (one of which may or may not be the company's currency) are now supported in Deem Expense.
• Site Administrator Experience:  No configurations are needed.

Deem Expense Per Diem Supports 50 Location Results

• Description:  The Per Diem location search now supports up to 50 results and a scrollbar if there are more than 10 results. 
• Benefits: The ability to clearly disambiguate cities that are present in more than 10 states, for example cities like Albany and Springfield.
• Site Administrator Experience:  No configurations are needed.

Deem Expense PDF Receipt Preview Update 

• Description:  This enhancement now shows a first-page receipt preview when hovering over the receipt icon. Previously, hovering over the receipt showed the full PDF. The full PDF is still available in a new page when clicking the icon.
• Benefits: Faster load times of the reports page and the line items; simpler and consistent receipt preview between different kinds of receipts like images and pdfs.
• Site Administrator Experience:  No configurations are needed.
