About the Release Notes

The Deem release notes provide useful technical information about the latest release. For each release, the notes provide:

• A high-level description of the release, including major changes and enhancements.

• Instructions to help you get started with set-up and administration (when applicable).

Enhancements for 2020.0.1 (Jan 2020)

Cost Allocation File Uploads

• Description: Cost allocation size limit for file upload has been increased from 2MB to 30MB.

• Benefit:  Admins will now be able to upload larger file sizes to accommodate their users and full set of expense cost allocations.

• Site Admin Experience: The files can be uploaded either on the expense cost allocation page in the dashboard or the automated feeds configuration.

Auto-Expanded Filters for Flight Search

• Description: A new dashboard configuration is available to auto-expand the “more search options" section within the flight search on the trip planner page.

• Benefit: Users can now review the trip planner page with all flight search fields opened for viewership. This will save the users' time on the Trip Planner page.

• Site Admin Experience: Contact Deem Customer Support for assistance enabling the configuration.

Enhanced Flight Fare Default Tab

• Description: If basic fares are displayed, the basic fares will not be selected as the default. The flight fare tab selected will correspond to the fare tier selected in the search filters unless there is a higher elevated fare tier available at a lower cost. (Flexible Fares must be enabled)

• Benefit: Directs users towards the most desirable option.

• Site Admin Experience: No admin experience is required.

Enhanced Flight Filtering for One-Stop Options

• Description: Work Fource’s dashboard allows for a configuration to auto-filter to non-stop flight options, when non-stop flights are available in the search results. When this configuration has been enabled and non-stop flight options are not available, the system will auto filter to one-stop flight options, if they are available in the search results.

• Benefit: Users can choose the best flight options without filtering.

• Site Admin Experience: No admin experience is required.

New Airport Codes

• Description: The following airport codes have been added: RMU, QRH, SHR, O2

• Benefit:  More airline options for users to select from.

• Site Admin Experience: No site admin experience is required.
