Working with Deem Car Service PNRs / Itineraries on Sabre Red App

After receiving confirmation of the provider's acceptance, you can see the revised passenger name record (PNR) on the Sabre desktop. The PNR shows the reserved ride as a live OTH segment. In addition, remarks about the trip are added as L‡ (cross) remarks. No other changes are made to the PNR.

Tip: Enter the ER (End transaction and Retrieve PNR) command in the PNR to view the segment:

The OTH segment in the above figure describes the following reservation:

  • "Holding confirmed 1 passenger on Dynasty Car Worldwide, telephone number 1-800-771-7493 at a rate of $76.78, Dynasty Car Worldwide's confirmation number 858664, picking up at Office, 333 Meadowlands Parkway, Secaucus at 6:42am and dropping off at Newark Airport."
  • The "L1" code is the location of Deem Car Service L‡ (cross) remarks for this itinerary — enter the *L‡ command in the PNR to view the segment remarks:

The following explains some of the codes in the L‡ (cross) remarks:

  • SI1 and L1 fields: Booking #1 for the PNR
  • P1-P3: Pickup address
  • PT: Pickup time
  • D1: Drop-off address
  • CT: Car type, number of passengers, and service provider code
  • FP: Form of payment
  • A1-A2: Accounting information
  • PC: Passenger contact
  • BC: Booking agent and contact number
  • EA: Passenger email

Tip: Click the My Rides tab in the Red App to see a trip history of all current, future, and past ride reservations. You can also select a date range to see only rides that occurred within that range, or enter a PNR identifier to view a ride associated with that PNR, and click View Rides.
