Using the Dispatch Module
Dispatch lets you create, manage, and process ride information. The basic procedures for managing the dispatch operation are as follows:
Step 1: Create a new reservation.

Step 2: Place vehicles on duty by setting the Vehicle Status to ON.

Step 3: Assign drivers and vehicles to the rides.

Step 4: You can print, fax, or email the driver trip tickets to distribute the rides to your drivers.

Step 5: Dispatch rides from the dispatch grid.

Step 6: Update the dispatch statuses (On Location, Passenger on Board, Ride Complete) that are activated for your operation.

Step 7: Manage cancellations, no-shows, changes, and flight updates as needed.
