Sabre - Emulation Instructions

Instructions:
In order for Deem to make bookings in the correct pseudo city, branch access must be established.  In addition, please be sure to open access between the booking pseudo and alternate pseudos you're asking us to queue to etc.

Please ask the agent with a duty code 9 login to perform the following entries and advise your Implementation Team when this is complete.
Note: In this example, XXXX is the Agency’s pseudo city, 8CXA and SO1A are Deem’s pseudo cities. 

Step 1:  Agency to provide the implementation team with the booking pseudo city code.  Deem will then initiate the emulation process.

Step 2:  Once Deem has initiated B access; the Agency does the following:

Sign in with duty code 9

Step 3:  AAA into the pseudo city used for Deem Online Bookings.XXXX = ( agency pseudo city code)

Step 4:  Open B, C access from your pseudo city to Deem's Primary pseudo city (8CXA) and Support pseudo city (SO1A).XXXX = ( agency pseudo city code)

Step 5:  Open S access from your pseudo city  to Deem's Primary pseudo city (8CXA) and Support pseudo city (SO1A).

Note: S access can not be initiated until B, C access has been established.  The sine on granting S access must belong to this pseudo city.

Step 6:  Deem will return S access to your pseudo city from Deem's Primary pseudo city (8CXA) and Support pseudo city (SO1A)

Note: Deem at this time will create an agent sine of RC (or R1 if Deem is already in use by agency) to be used for online Sabre transactions.

Step 7:  The next action that needs to be taken is for customers to add (or provide to us) their Sabre web service credentials, as provided by Sabre. These can be added by customers to the Partner Dashboard in Configuration > Supplier Web Service Credentials and include:
  • Pseudo City Code
  • User Name (EPR)
  • Password
