Enhancements

KTN and Redress

  • Description: Users can add one KTN or one Redress number during checkout. 

  • Benefit: All KTN & Redress numbers that are saved in a user’s profile will be displayed on the traveler information screen at checkout. Users are allowed to add up to 5 KTN or Redress numbers in the checkout flow. The user can also edit the KTN or redress number.

  • Note: KTN and Redress numbers added to individual bookings won’t be saved to a user’s profile, but they can be added to a profile for future use.
