Feature Enhancements

gdsCode Field 

  • Description: The gdsCode field is now available in the user profile. 

  • Benefit: The gdsCode is easy to find in the user profile. 

  • Site admin experience: No admin experience is required. 

TravelRecordLocator Field

  • Description: The TravelerRecordLocator field is exposed to all profile systems.

  • Benefit: A support ticket is no longer required to expose the TravelerRecordLocator field.

  • Site admin experience: No admin experience required.  

Sabre CSL Hotel Error Handling 

  • Description: The Sabre CSL hotel error handling has been improved. 

  • Benefits: Hotel error handling for Sabre CSL has been upgraded for a better user experience. 

  • Site admin experience: No admin experience required. 

SBD Airport 

  • Description: The SBD airport has been added to the system. 

  • Benefit: Flights to and from SBD are now bookable. 

  • Site Admin Experience: No admin experience required. 

Vistara Cabin Class Mapping

  • Description: The cabin class mapping for Vistara has been updated. 

  • Benefit: All classes of service offered by Vistara are mapped to proper cabin classes in Deem.

  • Site Admin Experience: No admin experience required.  

Bug Fixes for 2023.8.2, 2023.9.1

  • Flight results were truncated on the flight results page. Resolved. 

  • Southwest Direct Access (SDA) PNRs were not queued upon auto check-in. Resolved. 

  • When travelers select “Continue with original selection” in the hotel alignment card, an error would occur. Resolved. 

  • When an email address is used for an external ID and/or username, the email address field would sync to the external ID/username field. Resolved.

  • The default fare tier was affected by the “Enable Shopping for Disabled Cabin Classes” policy setting. Resolved.  

  • Pre-trip approval (PTA) emails were sent to the default approver and not the approver in the user profile. Resolved. 

  • Approvers with no active approvers cannot be deactivated. Resolved. 

  • KTN and redress numbers could not be written in the Amadeus GDS. Resolved.  

  • The pricing for the multi-destination split ticketing flow did not work the way it was supposed to. Resolved. 

  • Hotel searches for Madison, IN returned results for Madison, WI. Resolved. 

  • Hotel searches for Columbus, IN returned results for Columbus, OH. Resolved.
