Enhancements
Out of Policy Update
Description: When an out of policy flight, car, or hotel is selected for a trip, travelers will be presented with the out of policy screen at checkout.
Benefit: Travelers can quickly select a reason why their selected flight, car, and/or hotel is out of policy.
Offline Messaging
Description: An offline alert will be displayed when travelers lose their internet connection during a search.
Benefit: Travelers will clearly see why their search results aren’t loading and can find a new network.
Design Updates
Air Reprice Error Messaging
Messages for air reprice errors have been added, allowing travelers to continue to search for a different fare or to start the search again.
Cancel Trip Screen
The Cancel Trip screen now includes links to fare rules, hotel room rate details, and car rental rules.
Bugs
When the traveler selected a flight, the Review Itinerary screen was showing blank. Resolved.
The seat selection for a return flight wasn’t displayed on the Review Itinerary screen when a departing flight seat was changed before checking out. Resolved.
