Enhancements
Hold Trip
Description: Travelers can place a trip on hold for up to 48 hours.
Benefit: Travelers can hold a trip from an iOS mobile device and continue booking their held trips* either on a mobile device or a desktop/browser.
*Based on site configuration.
Hotel Out of Policy Reason
Description: If a hotel is out of policy, the reason will be displayed on each hotel rate card.
Benefits: Travelers will now be able to clearly see and understand why a specific room or hotel is out of policy.
Design Updates
Payment Summary Screen
The payment summary screen has been updated to include the day and date for each segment.
View Emergency Contact
Description: Travelers can view their emergency contact on the Traveler Information screen.
Car Trip Details
The trip details screen has been updated for car rentals to include the time, car vendor name and the pick up location address.
Bugs
During checkout, the book button was enabled when no payment card had been added for the trip. Resolved.
