About the Release Notes  

Deem release notes provide useful technical information about the latest release. For each release, the notes provide:

Feature Enhancement:

Avid Hotels Added to IHG Hotel Brand 

• Description: Avid hotels have been added to the IHG hotel brand. 

• Benefit: Travelers can now search for and book Avid hotels. 

• Site Admin Experience: No admin experience required. 

Country Code Added to CTCM

• Description: Country codes will be included in the customer mobile phone number (CTCM) in the emergency contact for special service requests (SSR) messages.

• Benefit: SSR messages will now include country codes in the CTCM. 

• Site Admin Experience: No admin experience required. 

United Airlines and Key Lime Air Interline Agreement 

• Description: Interline agreement between United Airlines and Key Lime Air is now available. 

• Benefit: Travelers can now book both airlines together in one booking. 

• Site Admin Experience: No admin experience required. 

Branded Fares for Scandinavian Airlines 

• Description: Branded fares are now available for Scandinavian Airlines.

• Benefit: Travelers can now search and book branded fares for Scandinavian Airlines including Sas Go Light, Sas Go Smart, Sas Plus Smart, and Sas Plus Pro. 

• Site Admin Experience: No admin experience required. 

Copa Airlines Removed from Apollo and Worldspan 

• Description: Copa Airlines has been removed from Apollo and Worldspan. 

• Benefit: Travelers will no longer see Copa Airlines on the flight search results page. 

• Site Admin Experience: No admin experience required. 

Disable Split Ticketing for Same Carrier 

• Description: Split Ticketing will not be offered when booking with the same carrier for a roundtrip flight. 

• Benefit: This update prevents travelers from being denied when boarding with two tickets that are issued for the same carrier in one PNR.

• Site Admin Experience: Contact Deem customer support to enable this configuration.

Minor UI Updates

• Travelers can only enter a return date that is after the departure date.

Bug Fixes for 2022.10.1

• Split tickets will be auto-void when canceled within 24 hours.
