Amadeus Web Service credentials connect Deem with your Office ID for booking and profile synchronization.

Instructions:

  1. Download the Amadeus Web Services - Deem form located on the Etta Form & Checklist Library page

  2. Download the Amadeus Web Services - ETSI form (on the same page) if you’re using ETSI for profile synchronization

  3. Submit completed form(s) to Amadeus

  4. Once complete, Amadeus returns the following:

    • WASP

    • WBS User ID

    • Clear Password

    • Base64 PWD

    • List of offices

    • Duty Code

  5. Provide these credentials to your Deem Configuration Manager
