Feature Update for February 2022
Profile Updates
An additional gender marker and title have been added to the account pages. This update allows for traveler and agency consistency across all forms of traveler identification and documentation required for TSA verification.
Title option - Mx.
Gender marker option - Non-binary/Unspecified ( X )
If applicable, allowed changes on the purchase page will also reflect the new title and gender options at the time of purchase.
No configuration changes are required to display the new options
Custom PNR Edits and Profile Synch may need to be adjusted to capture the new values
Enhancements for February 2022
Branded Fares for Calm Air and Alaska Airlines
Description: Branded fare pricing has been introduced for Calm Air and Alaska Airlines.
Benefit: Travelers will see branded fare information for Calm Air and Alaska Airlines.
Site Admin Experience: Branded fares enabled on Agency configuration page.
Fare Tier Update for Air
Description: The ability to block any fare tier on any carrier/airline has been introduced.
Benefit: Travelers will only see Flex fares and higher fares that allow for advance seats without a fee.
Site Admin Experience: No Admin experience required.
Bug Fixes for February 2022
A hotel override ARC number will be honored when the hotel booking is sourced through Sabre.
NPE that occurred while Retrieving Fare Rules has been fixed.
To Change the Return flight only option in case of Interline ticket functionality is repaired.
Seats will no longer be auto-assigned by Deem when Air is Booked.
UUT detailed breakup is available in a hover over view for return flights.
Change of flight for return trip when outbound is flown is limited to +-9 days from original date of travel.
System will not update the TAW in the GDS when adding a hotel to an existing trip until after the hotel is successfully added.
Improvements have been made to CVENT secondary user handling.
Cvent Ghost User issue has been addressed.
