WF Mobile Sunset FAQs  

After March 31, 2022, Deem Work Fource mobile will no longer be supported and will be removed from the App Store. But don’t worry — we’ve got you covered.    

As the sun sets on Work Fource mobile, a new day is dawning for corporate travel with the Etta mobile app. With Etta, powered by Deem, you get a powerful business travel platform to modernize your entire travel program. 

 

Q. What happens if I continue to use the Work Fource mobile app after 3/31/2022?  

A. Although the app will continue to work, we highly recommend travelers book trips in the Etta mobile app. Tech support will not be provided for travelers booking in the Work Fource mobile app.  

 

Q. I have upcoming reservations that I’ve made in Work Fource  mobile. Will they be available in the Etta mobile app?  

A. Yes, all trips that you’ve booked, cancelled, and even past trips will be available for view in the Etta mobile app.  

 

Q. Will reservations booked on the web app appear in the Etta mobile app? 

A. Yes, reservations booked on the Etta web app will be available in the Etta mobile app. 

 

Q. I have unused credits. Will those credits be available in the Etta mobile app?  

A. Yes, you will be able to view and apply unused tickets on the Etta mobile app. 

 

Q. Will my traveler profile carry over to the Etta mobile app? What about my frequent flyer account and preferences?  

A. Yes, your traveler profile will remain the same and will carry over to the Etta mobile app.  

 

Q. Will all features available on Work Fource mobile be available in the Etta mobile app?  

A. The following features are not available in the Etta mobile app:  

  • Car Services (you can book on the web app) 

  • Tripadvisor reviews (star ratings are available) 

  • Virtual Pay (coming later)  

 

Q. Will I continue to use SSO to log into the Etta mobile app just like I did on the Work Fource mobile app? 

A. Yes, if you used SSO to log into Work Fource mobile, you can use SSO to log into the Etta mobile app.  

 

Q. Will the Work Fource mobile app be removed from the app store?  

A. Yes, the Work Fource mobile app will be removed from the app store.
