Enhancements for 2018.1.0 (March 14, 2018)


New UI: Trip Planner Page color change - Remove product icon 

  • Description: The remove product (X) icon color has been updated to #666 for improved readability
  • Site Admin Experience:  No Configuration Required



Known Traveller Number and Redress Number on Purchase Page for Flights

  • Description: Known Traveler Number (KTN) and Redress Number fields will appear on the Purchase Page if an air segment is present on the itinerary. If this information is supplied in the user profile, the fields will auto-populate accordingly. This information will be sent with the booking request (or for Swabiz also when put on hold).
  • Site Admin Experience:  No Configuration Required


Disallowing Hold of Instant Purchase Carrier Tickets

  • Description: The Deem system has been updated such that the Hold button will be greyed out if the selected carrier is an Instant Purchase.
  • Site Admin Experience:  No Configuration Required


Archived Reservations: 12 Month Limit

  • Description: Within Reservations > Archive, only reservations within the last 12 months will be displayed from more recent to oldest.
  • Site Admin Experience:  No Configuration Required

Upcoming and Archived Reservations: Search, Sort, Filter

  • Description: The Deem system will now provide additional capabilities to help users more easily find their desired upcoming and archived reservations. Users may search by Trip Name, Start Date, and/or End Date; sort ascending or descending by Trip Start Date; filter based on Trip Type.

Class of Service Flight Filter Persistence

  • Description: The Deem system has been updated so that when a user tries to modify a flight search the Class of Service initially searched will auto-populate and persist unless the user changes it.

Southwest Direct Phone Number

  • Description: The Deem system has been updated for Southwest Direct flights so that if the phone number (home, mobile, work and/or fax) does not pass phone number validation checks, the number won't be stored or passed to Southwest Direct to ensure an invalid phone number doesn't cause the booking to fail.
  • Site Admin Experience:  No Configuration Required
