TLS Upgrade

What:  Shut off TLS 1.0

When:  March 31st, 2018

Impact:  No longer be able to access the site(s).


In order to comply with PCI and SOC regulations and to continue providing the most robust and secure platform for your business, we will be updating our systems and will no longer support TLS 1.0 as of March 31, 2018. If you are currently using TLS 1.0 to access the Deem platform, you must update to TLS 1.1 or 1.2 to prevent any interruption of service.

Please contact your IT department to verify that you have updated to TLS1.1 or 1.2. Database feeds, Partner Dashboard, Web Services and SSO will not be accessible because we will no longer support TLS 1.0.

Please share this information with  your Deem Customers so they can reach out to their  IT department to verify that they have updated to TLS1.1 or 1.2. Database feeds, Partner Dashboard, Web Services and SSO will not be accessible because we will no longer support TLS 1.0.

  • Database feeds:  HR, Unused Tickets, Hotel and Credit Card feeds (vault.deem.com)
  • Partner Dashboard: (console.deem.com)
  • Web Services:  Profile synch via ETSI, Deem Profile web services and End Point (webservices.deem.com)
  • Single Sign On: (go.deem.com)
  • End User Experience:  (Your company travel booking URL)
