How to use Ride Assist

Powered by personalization and real-time data, Ride Assist enables travelers to discover, compare, and book ground transportation options on the Trip Review Page. After users select air and/or hotel for their trip, they will see ground transportation options displayed on the Trip Review page.

From home to airport & from airport to home options:

  • Ride: The ride option is available for users who are eligible for car services

    • Travelers will see the company policy with company preferred providers

  • Drive: The drive option is always available

    • Time estimate includes driving and walking to a terminal

    • Estimated total parking cost at the airport

  • Transit: The transit option is available if public transportation is available at that time

    • Public Transportation data is available for the next 30 days

      • If a traveler is booking more than 30 days in advance they might not see transit options in that location

    • Time estimate includes waiting for the transit station and time in transit

 

From arrival airport to hotel and back to the airport

  • Ride and Transit options will be displayed (if available)

  • Please note: Car rental option is coming soon

Click on the cards to view details of the recommended ground transportations options. You can:

  • Switch to different options of transportation

  • Change your departure address

  • View the estimated cost for each transportation option

Please Note: The only bookable options of transportation at this time are chauffeured rides. Public transportation and drive yourself recommendations are for informational purposes only.

 

Selecting the Ride Option

  • Select a car to add chauffeured car reservation to your itinerary    

  • After Ride is added to the itinerary the traveler is able to:

    • Remove the segment

    • Change the car service provider

    • Add pick-up and drop-off instructions

    • Review total cost of the trip which includes chauffeured transportation option

      • The traveler card on file will be charged only after the ride has been completed
