Ground Work  v.1.26 Improvements  (December 13, 2017) 


Sabre Red App: Agent profile management improvements

  • Description: Now agent phone numbers and email addresses are required on agent profiles. Profiles are edited from within Deem’s Sabre Red App.
  • Benefit: This enhancement improves the quality of the reservations by ensuring all contact details are accurate. Additionally, agents can now update their profile details to ensure their contact information reflects any changes.
  • Booking Agent Experience: Existing agents with profiles missing required information will be redirected to the profile page on their next login. The required details include the agent's: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Country, Day Phone Number. Agency detail including IATA, PCC, Agency Namen and Agency Address are pulled from the Agent profile and are not editable. 
  • Car Service Provider Experience: Providers may receive more accurate booker contact information on reservations.
