About the Release Notes

Enhancements for 2019.1.0 (February, 2019)
Multiple Languages Available for Selection
- Description: Previously Deem allowed a maximum of two languages for selection within a site, English (by default) and one other language.
- Benefit: Deem site administrators can now provide all supported languages as selection options for their users.
- Site Admin Experience: Unchanged.

Alaska Airlines Basic Economy Fares to Display with "Saver" Label
- Description: Improvement to the display of Alaska Airlines Basic Economy fares.
- Benefit: Alaska Airlines Basic Economy fares will be displayed with the "Saver" label and basic economy fare attributes will be shown in the Compare Fares modal.
- Site Admin Experience: Not required.
Safari Support Upgraded
- Description: Safari support now upgraded from Grade B to Grade A. Deem’s supported browsers are now identified as:
- Grade A - Supported and tested.
- Grade B - Supported and partially-tested.
- Benefit: Users of Safari will experience more stable display and interaction.
- Site Admin Experience: Not required.
Norwegian Airline Name Correction
- Description: Norwegian Airlines was showing as DBA (doing business as) in the database.
- Benefit: Airline name now being shown accurately as Norwegian Airline.
- Site Admin Experience: Not required.
Marriott Loyalty Program Name Change
- Description: Marriott Rewards program changed name to Marriott Bonvoy.
- Benefit: The name for the loyalty program now being shown as Marriott Bonvoy.
- Site Admin Experience: Not required.
BTA American Express Site Card for Travelfusion Bookings
- Description: Deem has enabled the ability to include BTA American Express as the site card for Travelfusion bookings.
- Benefit: This enhancement now allows users to use the BTA American Express card as the form of payment for such bookings.
- Site Admin Experience: Not required.
Configuration to Hide Emergency Contact on Purchase Page
- Description: A new configuration element was added to the booking change and cancellation section of the display configuration.
- Benefit: The new feature provides the ability to hide the emergency contact section on the purchase page only.
- Site Admin Experience: Site Admin configuration is required.

Alignment of Names Display in Airline Filter
- Description: Names for airlines in the airline filter section were not showing appropriately.
- Benefit: Fixing the issue now shows full proper name of the airlines in the airline filter section.
- Site Admin Experience: Not required.
New Zealand Time Zones Now Available
Description: New Zealand Time (NZDT & NZST) was missing from the list of optional time zones.
Benefit: Both time zones are now available is the list of optional time zones in DISPLAY SETTINGS.
Site Admin Experience: Not required.
Israel Standard Time Zones Now Available
Description: Israel Standard Time (IST) was missing from the list of optional time zones.
Benefit: IST is now available is the list of optional time zones in DISPLAY SETTINGS.
Site Admin Experience: Not required.
Eastern Australia Time Zone Now Available
Description: Eastern Australia Time (AEST) was missing from the list of optional time zones.
Benefit: AEST is now available is the list of optional time zones in DISPLAY SETTINGS.

Bug Fixes in the 2019.1.0 Release
Acela Express in Business Class Tab
Issue: Acela Express results were only showing in coach. The fix allows the Acela Express service results from Amtrak to now be available in the Business class tab.

Southern Airways Logo Fix
Issue: Southern Airways logo was not showing up in the display. The fix allowed for the logo to be displayed in the display.
Site Admin Experience: Not required.
PAE-Paine Field Airport Code
Issue: PAE airport code was not available. The fix allows the user to now search by the code for Paine Field.
Site Admin Experience: Not required.
Car Rental Reservations - Mileage charges
Issue: Previously users for car rental reservations could only see the mileage charges pre-purchase but now they can see these charges post-purchase in the View Details under Booked reservations.
