Travelfusion configuration

To configure Travelfusion, you must add an ancillary source and then enable web fares.

Add Travelfusion ancillary source

  1. From the partner dashboard home page, select the Settings link for the site you want to modify.

  2. From the top menu, select the Services tab.

  3. Select Travel Agency.

  4. Select Agency Settings.

  5. Select configuration you would like to update.

  6. At the bottom of the Ancillary Sources table, select Add Ancillary Source.

  7. Enter a source name that describes the ancillary. For example, enter TF - easyJet to indicate that the ancillary fee is Travelfusion and the carrier is easyJet.

  8. In Source, select Web: TRAVELfusion.

  9. Select an airline from the list.

  10. Enter private rates codes if you have them for the selected airline.

  11. Select a Source Override option. If Supplement Primary Source Content is chosen, air search results will present both Travelfusion (web fares) as well as GDS, with the lowest fare presented to the customer (whether that be web fare or GDS fare).

  12. Select an option for Would you like the system to add ancillary passive segments to your primary GDS.

  13. Select Save.

  14. Repeat the steps above for each ancillary source you need to add.

  15. Select Save on the Agency Settings page.

Enable web fares

Important: Web fares must be enabled. If you have more than one display setting you will need to update each one separately.

  1. Select the Services menu.

  2. Select Display Configuration.

  3. Select Display Configuration List.

  4. Choose the list you want to modify.

  5. For the Enable airline web fare booking capabilities option,

  6. Scroll down and select Save. For more information about this page, refer to Display Configurations.

  7. Commit your changes.

Important: Many fares with Travelfusion are non-cancelable/non-refundable. Insure when testing that you verify the fare is fully refundable before selecting purchase, or do not select purchase and only confirm the content is being displayed properly.
