At Deem, we're committed to making things easier and faster for our partners. We're excited to introduce our self-service Statement of Work (SOW) process for requesting products on behalf of your Deem customers.
SOW Products
You can now request SOWs for the following products directly via the Deem Support Portal. There’s no need to contact your Channel Sales Director for these requests!
Note: The HR Data Feed Integration is intended for clients who want Deem to handle the entire setup. If you are managing the HR Data Feed setup directly with your client, a SOW request is not necessary.
How to Submit an SOW Request
Log in to the Deem Support Portal and click Submit on the SOW Order tile.
Your Name and Email will be pre-populated.
Select the product from the provided list.
Review the product details to understand the scope, coverage, and associated costs.
Select the TMC/Super Domain Name.
Enter the Customer Site Name.
Provide a detailed description in the Use Cases section. The more information you provide, the better.
Read the legal statement, enter your name in the designated box, and check the box to indicate your understanding and authorization to submit the request. Finally, click Submit.
What to Expect Next
The form will be routed to the Deem Onboarding Team for resourcing and scheduling, and will also be reviewed by our Legal and Billing Teams. If applicable, the SOW fee will be added to your next invoice.
You will receive an update via the Support Case, including a Case Number, and a Configuration Expert will contact you to schedule the implementation.
