Overview

This guide is to walk you through how to configure Display Option Rules. Display Option Rules sets the default Date, Time, Time Zone, and Currency within the user account. Users can access their account and change their preferences.

  • Clones over from template during the cloning process.

  • Customizable Display Options by group or site wide. group.

  • Typically, you will have only one display option configuration which applies to all users. But you can configure more than one display options especially if you have a client with a group of users in the US and another group in the UK. When configuring the group, select the box to the left of Display Option Rules. If left unchecked the display options will be inherited by the Everyone group.

Note:  Any changes to the Display Options Rules is not retroactive. If user accounts already exist in the site and you make any changes to the display options, the user will need to manually change their display options within their user account.

Add/Update Display Option Rules

  • On the Rules tab, select Display Option Rules.

Note: Add indicates the rule is Inactivate; Edit indicates the rule is Active.

  • Select Add/Edit to configure the rule.

  • Description: (Optional, viewable to Partner Dashboard/Console Admin only)

  • Select Activate Rule

  • Select appropriate options for rule group you are configuring

  • Select Save.

  • Once you have configured each rule, select Save Priority Changes.

  • Commit Changes.
