Lists, Sets and Rules
Overview
Common question: Why lists and sets?
The easiest way to demonstrate this is with a filing cabinet
List = Document
List enables you to customize specific functionality/features, such as: Policy, Custom Fields, and Policy Display for a specific group/groups
Set = File
Enables you specify which list or lists will be associated with each group.
Example Travel Policy:
Create policy for each group as needed
Create a policy set for each group and add the appropriate policy to the set
Service Rules = Filing Cabinet
Groups = Drawer
Enables you to configure each rule to their specific requirements, by adding the appropriate sets for each travel service option.
They all work together to build a site specific to your client’s needs
