• Secured data such as credit card will be encrypted

• When pulling extract of vendors, you are unable to pull a specific vendor, will need to clean up the file and remove those you do not need

• Unable to pull an extract of a specific individual, will need to pull all profiles and filter out all others

Process / Helpful Hint

Extract Profile

Allows for the ability to pull a full extract, or narrow the extract down to specific profile elements.  Example below will be that of requesting air frequent flier data associated to all profiles.

• Log into the Deem Dashboard and access the client’s site

• Click on the Profile tab

• Click on Extract Profiles

• Filters - To customize the extract click on the top checked box, which will uncheck all boxes.

  • select each field to be extracted

    • ExternalID

    • Domain

    • AccountStatus

    • EmployeeStatus

    • UserName

    • FirstName

    • LastName

    • Email

• If you are looking for only the air frequent flier programs

  • Move to the bottom of the box and select ServicePreferences to expand

  • Expand AirlinePreferences

  • Click on membershipSet

• Under Job Options

  • Enter Job Description

    • Note: Name whatever you want, such as FF Membership

• Click on Submit

• The Extract Activity logs will appear, you can click on the Refresh button until the completion and download is available

Recovering Extract

• Extracts will be housed in Deem, if you would like to come back to pull the report.

  • Click on Profiles tab

  • Click on Extract Activity Logs

Extract

Allows access to pull an extract of all delegates and what accounts they are associated with

• Log into the Deem Dashboard and access the client’s site

• Click on the Profile tab

• Click on Extract Profiles

• Extract Type: Change to User-Delegate  Relationships

• Job Description: Name whatever you would like, in this case will be naming: Delegate Extract

• Click Submit

Recovering Extract

• Extracts will be housed in Deem, if you would like to come back to pull the report.

  • Click on Profiles tab

  • Click on Extract Activity Logs
