About the Release Notes  

The Deem release notes provide useful technical information about the latest release. For each release, the notes provide:

Enhancements for June 2021 (Release 2021.5)

Airline Table

  • Description: We have added carriers Interjet Airlines (4O) and FlyNordic (LF) to the Airline table.

  • Benefit: Benefit: Unused Ticket credits and carrier names for Interjet Airlines (4O) and FlyNordic (LF) will be displayed in the Unused Tickets tab.

  • Site Admin Experience: No Admin experience required.

Southwest Direct Access (SDA)

  • Description:  We have updated SDA to allow up to three forms of payment - two unused tickets and one credit card - for the purchase of a new itinerary.

  • Benefit: Users of SDA will now be able to apply up to two unused tickets and one credit card to a single booking, allowing up to three forms of payment on any new purchase involving ticket exchange.

  • Site Admin Experience: No Admin experience required.

Bug Fixes for June 2021 (Release 2021.5)

Apollo Discount Codes

  • Description: We have resolved the issue with Apollo’s 4 and 5 hotel character discount codes not being honored.

  • Benefit: Travelers will now be able see hotel details for rooms with corporate rate codes longer than 4 digits.

  • Site Admin Experience: Contact Deem Customer Support for assistance enabling the configuration.

Hotel Details on Trip Confirmation Page

  • Description: We have resolved the issue with Hotel Details not displaying on the Trip Confirmation page.

  • Benefit: Travelers will now be able to see hotel details on the Trip Confirmation Page.

  • Site Admin Experience: No Admin experience required.
