To activate a single user or reset a password:

  1. On the Sites tabFrom the Partner Dashboard home page, select Settings in the Edit Site column for the site that needs updating.

  2. On the Users tab, select Single User Activation.

  3. Enter search criteria for account/user(s). Partial information can be entered in the search.

  4. Optionally, select Show only manually added users to narrow search to only manually created users.

  5. Optionally, select Show only inactive users to narrow search to only inactive accounts. Deselect this option to reset the password of an active account.

  6. Select Search.
