- Description: Known Traveller Traveler Number (KTN) and Redress Number fields will appear on the Purchase Page if an air segment is present on the itinerary. If this information is supplied in the user profile, the fields will auto-populate accordingly. This information will be sent with the booking request (or for Swabiz also when put on hold).
