Enhancements for January 2021 (Release 2021.1.0)  

XML PrimaryLangID Element for Car Details/Rules 

• Description: We have updated the availability and reservation API calls to include the locale and the XML PrimaryLangID element to the requests.

• Benefits: EHIDirect users will now be able to see rules and restrictions text in their language of choice, instead of just English. 

• Site Admin Experience: Contact Deem Customer Support for assistance enabling the configuration.

Passenger and Luggage Data 

• Description: We have updated the passenger capacity and luggage information fields to dynamically source from EHI response data instead of the Deem database, for EHIDirect customers.

• Benefit: Travelers will now see the correct passenger and luggage data.

• Site Admin Experience: No Admin experience required.

GDS Record Locator in Optimus

• Description: We have updated Optimus to include a unique Itinerary ID in the booking request for stand-alone Car Service Booking.

• Benefit: Improved experience for travelers booking stand-alone Car Service.

EHI Direct Image Update
