FTP servers are file transfer protocol (FTP) accounts for uploading data to Deem, such as user profile and unused ticket uploads. You provide the FTP account credentials (supplied by Deem) for each "FTP server" (FTP account).
Note: You must already have set up SFTP accounts with Deem. See Setting Up SFTP Data Transfers for instructions.
To add an "FTP server" (FTP account), click the Settings tab, and then click click the FTP ServersServers link. You can then add an FTP server by clicking Add a New FTP Server, or click the name of an existing FTP server.
