Rail travel services are integrated with Deem’s online travel booking process. You can set up spending policies and guide users to appropriate train options. Tickets can be picked up at a station kiosk or emailed.

Supported Rail Services
Deem supports the following rail services. For some of these you configure settings within Deem, while others Amtrak and VIA Rail settings are configured in Deem, and you will need to open a Deem support case for initial setup. Eurostar and AccesRail are configured solely in your GDS. Follow the links below for configuration detailsinstructions.

Enable/Disable Rail Services
As part of configuration for all rail services, you must also ensure that rail services are enabled for each site. Or, you can follow these steps to disable rail services if your users do not require them.
From the Partner Dashboard for the site to configure, click the Rules tab at the top of the page.
On the Rules Overview page, click the Service Rules link.
For each user group listed, take the following steps:
In the Travel column, click the Edit link.
In the Train Travel box, make sure that Enable Train is either selected to enable rail booking, or deselected per below to disable rail booking.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save.
