Rides can be cancelled online, if the pick-up time is still outside of the provider cancellation period.  The cancellation policy varies per provider and should be noted on the original confirmation email.

  1. Log into the site and click on the Reservations tab in order to view the list of Upcoming Reservations.  
    If you support multiple employees, click the “Start Assisting” link first to select employee to only see that rider’s trips. This allows the page to display quicker.

  2. Expand the applicable trip and click the Cancel Trip quick link.  Alternatively, click View Details and then the Cancel Trip link in the upper left side of the screen.
  3. If an error message is received when attempting to cancel, this may be due to a delay in the processing of the cancellation on the vendor’s side. Wait a few minutes, then re-display the trip and note if ride shows cancelled. A cancelled ride will show a red circle with a white x.
