Updating your account/profile information before creating your first car service reservation, will facilitate a much smoother booking experience.

Account Page

There are 2 ways to navigate to the Account page in the Car Service app: 

Hover your pointer over the settings icon

on the far right side of the page, then select Account from the list

OR

hover your pointer over the Car Service tab

on the left side of the page, then select Account from the list.

Once on the Account page, you can make changes to personal information including address book entries, payment cards, delegate permissions, work or home address,email information and more by clicking the edit button next to each profile section or the links in blue:  
Image Removedupdate each applicable section.  Your data will be used as follows:

  • Entering your Business and/or Home address will make them available in the Pick-up and Drop-off dropdown lists on the Car Service search page
  • Entering your Mobile Phone ensures that the driver or dispatch is able to reach you
  • Payment card information, including card billing address, must be entered in order to guarantee rides
  • The Delegates section allows you to set yourself up to book on behalf of other profiled employees or allows you to designate another profiled employee to book on your behalf.  Each employee will receive an email notification when Account Delegate information is updated.  Click here for more information about Delegates.
