User Profile and Delegate Extracts are a great resource for maintaining user profiles and delegate associations. You can extract as little information or as much information as needed from a user’s account, such as frequent flier memberships to a full user extract, or to determine what delegates are assigned to current user accounts.

  • Pull partial or full extracts.

  • Pull separate delegate extract.

Limitation

  • Secured data such as credit card will be encrypted.

  • When pulling extract of vendors, you are unable to pull a specific vendor, will need to clean up the file and remove those you do not need.

  • Unable to pull an extract of a specific individual, will need to pull all profiles and filter out all others.

Allows for the ability to pull a full extract

or narrow the extract down to specific profile elements.

  Click on

Example below will be that of requesting air frequent flier data associated to all profiles.

  • Log into the Deem Dashboard and access the client’s site

    • On the Profile tab

    Click on

    • , select Extract Profiles.

    Filters - To customize the extract click on the top checked box, which will uncheck all boxes.

    Select each field to be extracted, as in the below example:

    • ExternalID

    • Domain

    • AccountStatus

    • EmployeeStatus

    • UserName

    • FirstName

    • LastName

    Move

    • , move to the bottom of the box and select ServicePreferences to expand.

    • Expand AirlinePreferences

    • Job Description: Name whatever you would like,

    Recovering Delegate/User Association Extract
