    Additional Resource Links: Company Resources - Useful Links

    • Link Name: Define name customer will see

    • URL: Define URL Link Name is pointing to

      • Note: add full URL

    • Remove: Allows you to remove Links no longer needed by client

    • Add a New Link: Allows you to add new links to site

    • Click Save once updates have been saved

     You can use HTML to hyperlink email addresses for a nice customer experience. The customer can click on the email address within the message to trigger an email to open, allowing the client to reach out to your Agent Team or Online Support team with ease.
