General Settings

  • On Settings tab, select General Settings.

  • Set the User session timeout to 30 minutes. Deem will be removing this option in the near future, all sites will be set to 30 minutes.

  • Enter Daily Payer Notification emails: Disregard this field; no longer used.

  • Turn on automated Travel-based email reminders for Expense: Disregard this field; no longer used.

  • Typically, Send registration emails is checked.

  • Typically, the Send system emails in HTML format option is checked.

  • When Allow User Delegation is checked, the traveler can assign a delegate to their account who can then book travel for them and update their profile.

  • When Allow Self Delegation is checked, delegates can assign themselves to a user’s account to book travel on their behalf and update their profile.

  • Whether Allow Address Book Access is checked or uncheck the Address book will show in user profile.

  • When Allow Importing and Exporting of Contacts is selected, users can import and export contacts to their address book within their profile.

Help Desk

  • To display technical support information to users, select Display a hint to users on the technical support method then enter the support information. Scripting is supported.

Notes: 

  • This text displays at the bottom of the sign in page and at the bottom of the website throughout the booking process. 

  • The help desk contact method displays at the bottom of Deem emails, confirmation, cancellations, etc.

  • Enter the calendar attachments display name and check the Automatically update option if you want to automatically update the calendar of internal invitees.
